Tien Educational Center (TEC) was founded by the Society of Jesus in Taipei, Taiwan in 1963. It was named after the first Cardinal Bishop Tien Ken-Hsin. Since its foundation, TEC has devoted itself to cultural and educational works of all dimensions. Our institution includes several units of scholarly research and cultural communications, and a few Catholic organizations.
Promoting education, activities of arts and social service, we aim at elevating the quality of life here and have made concrete contributions to the development and harmony of our society through our continuous efforts in cultural cultivation, preservation and communications, and also through our manifestation and realization of the Christian spirit and values based on love for God and our neighbors.

With the sprit of love and service, we pursue a life of truth, goodness, beauty and holiness.
